On solvability of one class of quasielliptic systems (Q2222187)

The authors investigate the class of quasi-elliptic systems in \(\mathbb{R}^n\) \[\mathcal{L}(D_x)U=F(x),\quad x\in\mathbb{R}^n,\tag{1}\] and the boundary value problem for \((1)\) in the half-space \[\left\{\begin{array}{l} \mathcal{L}(D_x)U=F(x),\quad x\in\mathbb{R}_+^n,\\ \mathcal{B}(D_x)U|_{x_n=0}=0, \end{array}\right.\tag{2}\] where the matrix quasi-elliptic operators \(\mathcal{L}(D_x)\) and the matrix operators \(\mathcal{B}(D_x)\) satisfy some assumptions. They give solvability conditions for problems \((1)\) and \((2)\), and construct the integral representations of solutions in the special scales of weighted Sobolev spaces \(W_{p,\sigma}^l\). Some estimates for the solutions are also obtained.
