The authors prove a localized version of Burns-Krantz-type boundary rigidity theorem at strongly pseudoconvex points for holomorphic self-maps of bounded taut domains in \(\mathbb{C}^{2}\) with an interior fixed point. Specifically, they obtain the following result: Theorem. Let \(D\) be either a bounded taut domain in \(\mathbb{C}^{2}\) with a Stein neighborhood basis or a worm domain, and \(p\in \partial D\) a \(C^{3}\)-smooth strongly pseudoconvex point. Let \(F\) be a holomorphic self-map of \(D\) such that \(F(q)=q\) for some \(q\in D\) and \[ F(z)=z+o(\|z-p\|^{2}), \ z\rightarrow p. \] Then \(F(z)\equiv z\). This improves a previous result of \textit{X. Huang} [Ill. J. Math. 38, No. 2, 283--302 (1994; Zbl 0804.32016)]. No assumption of simple connectivity is required. The motivation for the research is the well-known result of \textit{D. M. Burns} and \textit{S. G. Krantz} [J. Am. Math. Soc. 7, No. 3, 661--676 (1994; Zbl 0807.32008)]: Theorem. Let \(\Omega\) be a bounded strongly pseudoconvex domain with \(C^{\infty}\)-smooth boundary and \(F\) a holomorphic self-map of \(\Omega\). Suppose that \[ F(z)=z+O(\|z-p\|^{4}),\ z\rightarrow p\in \partial\Omega. \] Then \(F(z)\equiv z\).
