The geometry caused by a cosmic string is investigated in a rotating frame, with the angular frequency being parallel to the cosmic string. A Dirac spinor is studied in such a background, and a magnetic field, which is again parallel to the string. The energy-eigenvalues are studied and explicit expressions are obtained in the limit that the angular velocity of the frame is small. The non-relativistic limit is also investigated, and the corresponding results in that limit are obtained.
