Two types of finite elements (FE) of three-layer conical, generally irregular shells are considered: a two-dimensional FE model of layers and the three-dimensional FE for a filler of a shell. This FE model gives possibility to avoid the errors caused by a discontinuity in the displacements on the docking surfaces of the shell and filler. The model adequately takes into account the features of layered-heterogeneous structure, the moment state of layers of a shell, the three-dimensional stress-strain state of the filler, and different conditions for fixing and loading layers. It is possible to take into account the change of properties and parameters of the shell not only by meridional and circumferential coordinates, but also by the thickness of the shell and in the filler. The stress-strain state of the sandwich conical shell with cutouts in the inner bearing layer was investigated.
