In this paper the authors investigate rhe evolution of two isothermal, incompressible, immiscible fluids in a bounded domain \(\Omega\) from \(\mathbb{R}^{3}\) or from \(\mathbb{R}^{2}\). Furthermore, they formulate an associated optimal control problem connected with this evolution prblem. The distributed optimal control problem is understood as the minimization of a suitable cost functoonal subject to the controlled nonlocal Cahn-Hilliard-Navier-Stokes equations. The authors are able to describe the first order necessary conditions of optimality via the Pontryagin minimum principle. Also, the second order necessary and sufficient conditions of optimality for the problem are proved in full detail. The article seems to be selfcontained and most of statements are proven. The bibliography contains 40 items.
