The paper concerns the problem of the hypoellipticity for pseudo-differential operators. Namely, the authors define classes of ultra-diffferentiable functions on the \(n\)-torus, including as particular cases Gevrey and analytic classes. The corresponding Gevrey-Sobolev and ultra-distributions are also considered. They then define pseudo-differential operators acting on them, and develop in detail the related symbolic calculus. The main result of the paper is that the global ultra-differentiable hypoellipticity for a system of such operators, with finite loss of derivatives, is stable under perturbations, lower order with respect to the loss. See, for example [\textit{A. Parmeggiani}, J. Pseudo-Differ. Oper. Appl. 6, No. 2, 227--235 (2015; Zbl 1317.47053)] for a similar result in the standard Sobolev context. The authors also prove that the global hypoellipticity in the ultra- differentiable classes implies global solvability in the same classes for the transpose of the system, see [\textit{A. A. Albanese} et al., Math. Nachr. 242, 5--16 (2002; Zbl 1056.35049); \textit{A. Morando}, Tsukuba J. Math. 28, No. 1, 137--153 (2004; Zbl 1065.35099)] for the same result in the Gevrey local spaces. Finally, an interesting application is given to partial differential operators with constant strength.
