In the theory of local fields, in studying the Galois group of the local field closure, a question arises on the conditions under which the addition of a root of power \(p\) of 1 to the regular local field gives an unramified extension. The theorem proved by [\textit{Z. I. Borevich}, Vestn. Leningr. Univ., Mat. Mekh. Astron. 17, No. 3, 142--145 (1962; Zbl 0124.27101)], the proof of which was subsequently simplified by D. K. Faddeev (Statement 1.3). The variation in the irregularity degree of a finite unramified local field extensions of a local field is investigated with respect to a polynomial formal group and in the multiplicative case. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of the \(p^{s}\)th primitive roots of the \(p^{s}\)th power of 1 and (endomorphism \([p^{s}]F_{m}\) ) in the \(L\)th unramified extension of the local field \(K\) (for all positive integers \(s\)) are found. The conditions depend only on the ramification index of the maximal abelian subextension of the field \(K\) \(K_{a}/ \mathbb{Q}_{p}\).
