As known, hybrid (discrete/continuous) systems are systems that exhibit both discrete state and continuous state dynamics. Moreover, these two aspects of system behavior interact to such an extent that they cannot be decoupled and must be analyzed simultaneously. The author uses the methods of the theory of differential equations with a degenerate matrix at the derivatives. Necessary and sufficient R-controllability conditions (controllability within the reachable set) of the system under consideration are obtained in the paper.
