The authors are concerned with some efficient scalar auxiliary variable (SAV) schemes based on the Fourier-spectral method in space for the Cahn-Hilliard-Hele-Shaw (CHHS) system. The unknowns are the phase function, the chemical potential, the velocity and the pressure. The main purpose of the investigation is to develop a first-order and a second-order fully decoupled SAV Fourier-spectral schemes. Thus the time derivative is discretized by first-order Euler method and respectively second-order BDF method. The main advantage of this strategy consists in the fact that these schemes require solving a sequence of elliptic equations with constant coefficients at each time step. The authors prove their unconditional energy stability and carry out a rigorous error analysis. Some numerical experiments are carried out in order to illustrate the performance of the proposed methods and to compare with IMEX time discretization.
