Motivated by applications in location problems and functional approximation problems, the authors consider optimization problems consisting in minimizing so-called \(\mathcal{H}\)-partial robust sums of infinite families of extended real-valued functions subject to cone constraints. After formulating corresponding robust dual problems to them, ordinary and stable zero duality gap and strong duality statements are derived for such primal-dual pairs of problems. Afterwards, closedness and convex criteria for corresponding formulae for the subdifferentials of the objective functions of the mentioned problems (and in particular of the \(\sup\)-function) are provided. Some examples illustrate the theoretic achievements.
