The paper proves that the noncommutative mirror functor constructed by \textit{C.-H. Cho} et al. [Noncommutative homological mirror functor. Providence, RI: American Mathematical Society (AMS) (2021; Zbl 1476.14001)] in the case of an elliptic curve coincides with the mirror equivalence of \textit{A. Polishchuk} and \textit{E. Zaslow} [Adv. Theor. Math. Phys. 2, No. 2, 443--470 (1998; Zbl 0947.14017)], under a noncommutative version of Orlov's correspondence. In the work of Cho-Hong-Lau [loc. cit.], mirrors are constructed as possibly non-commutative deformation spaces of Lagrangian immersions. In the case of an elliptic curve, a union of three Lagrangian circles is taken. The resulting mirror is a Landau-Ginzburg model, which consists of a quiver algebra with three vertices, and a central element \(W\) in the algebra which serves as the Landau-Ginzburg superpotential. The critical locus of \(W\) is an elliptic curve, the mirror, embedded in the noncommutative space. The algebra can be understood as the twisted homogeneous coordinate ring of the mirror elliptic curve. A natural functor is constructed from the Fukaya category to the derived category of the mirror. On the other hand, an elliptic curve has a Lagrangian circle fibration that has no singular fiber. By the SYZ program, the mirror is given by the dual torus fibration. Polishchuk-Zaslow has proved homological mirror symmetry for this mirror pair, by writing down an explicit correspondence between the objects (sending Lagrangian sections to line bundles) and showing that this extends as a functor. Orlov's LG/CY correspondence applied to this case gives an equivalence between the derived category of the critical locus of \(W\) and its matrix factorizations. This paper shows that the two functors agree under Orlov's correspondence. In particular, it shows that the noncommutative mirror functor derives HMS.
