The authors study the evolution of triple junction clusters driven by the surface diffusion flow with fully nonlinear conditions on the boundary which are derived as the singular limit of a Cahn-Hilliard equation with degenerated mobility. Extending previous short-time existence results, global in time existence of solution evolving under this flow is established by Lyapunov stability of its energy minimizers, i.e., the standard double bubbles in \(\mathbb{R}^n\). Moreover, the solution converges to a standard double bubble.
