    Let \(\mathbb{H}\) denote the skew-field of real quaternions generated by \(e_0 = 1\) and the non-real units, \(e_1\), \(e_2\), \(e_3.\) Consider \( \mathbf{v} \in \mathbb{R}^3\), \(\Omega \subset \mathbb{R}^3\) and quaternion-valued function \(f \in C^1(\Omega , \mathbb{H})\) defined by \(f= \sum_{i=0}^3 f_i e_i = f_0 + \mathbf{f}\), the Moisil Theodorescu (MT) Hilbert-type operators are defined by \[ D{\mathbf{v}}[f] = D[f]+ \mathbf{v}[f], \qquad {\mathbf{v}}D [f] = D_r [f]+ [f] \mathbf{v},\] where \(D[f] = \sum_{i=1}^3 e_i\frac{\partial f}{\partial x_i}\) and \(D_r [f] = \sum_{i=1}^3 \frac{\partial f}{\partial x_i}e_i \) are the MT-operator. In this paper, assuming \(\Omega\) to be a bounded Jordan domain of \(\mathbb{R}^3\) with rectifiable boundary \(\partial \Omega\), the Stokes and Borel-Pompieu formulas induced by \( D{\mathbf{v}}\) and \( {\mathbf{v}}D\) are presented, it is also shown that this \(\mathbf{v}\)-MT operator satisfies a conformal co-variant property. Moreover, the \(\mathbf{v}\)-MT-hyperholomorphic Bergman space equipped with the inner product and induced norm, associated to \(\Omega\) is introduced. Furthermore the \(\mathbf{v}\)-MT-hyperholomorphic Bergman kernel and projection associated to \(\Omega\) and their properties are given. To introduce Bergman-type spaces in \(\mathbf{v}\)-Laplacian vector fields it is assumed that \(\Omega\) is a domain of \(\mathbb{R}^3\), and it is defined the \(\mathbb{R}\)-linear space \(\mathbf{v}\mathbf{M} \) of all \( \mathbf{f} \in C^1(\Omega , \mathbb{R}^3)\) such that \(\text{div}\; \mathbf{f} = -<v, \mathbf{f}> \) and \(\text{rot} \; \mathbf{f} = -[v, \mathbf{f}]\), general concepts and properties are presented.
