It is shown that the Iwasawa invariant \(\mu\) vanishes for \(\mathbb{Z}_2\)-extensions of real biquadratic fields in several infinite families. More specifically, let \(p,q_1, q_2\) be distinct prime numbers such that \[p\equiv 5\pmod 8,\quad q_1\equiv q_2\equiv 3\pmod 8, \quad \left(\frac{p}{q_1}\right) = \left(\frac{p}{q_2}\right)=1.\] Then the Iwasawa invariant \(\mu\) of the cyclotomic \(\mathbb{Z}_2\)-extension of \(k\) equals 0 for the following biquadratic fields \(k\): \[\mathbb{Q}(\sqrt{q_1q_2},\sqrt{2pq_1}),\quad \mathbb{Q}(\sqrt{q_1q_2},\sqrt{pq_1}),\quad \mathbb{Q}(\sqrt{2q_1q_2},\sqrt{pq_1}). \]
