Let \(\mathbb{E}^3_1\) be the Minkowski 3-space, that is, the affine space \(\mathbb{R}^3\) with canonical coordinates \((x, y, z)\) and endowed with the indefinite metric , \(\langle ,\rangle = dx^2 + dy^2 - dz^2\). A translating soliton in \(\mathbb{E}^3_1\) with respect to a vector \(v\), called the velocity of the flow, is a non-degenerate surface \(M\) whose mean curvature \(H\) satisfies \(2H(p) = \langle N(p), v\rangle\) , for all \(p\in M\), where \(N\) is the unit normal vector field on \(M\). To study translating solitons in Minkowski 3-space, the authors consider the ruled ones and then organize the paper in two main sections: Cylindrical and Non-cylindrical ruled translating solitons. In the cylindrical case, when the rulings are parallel to a fix direction, they classify the ruled translating solitons and give a complete description of such surfaces. In the other case (non- cylindrical), the authors show that these surfaces appear when the direction of the rulings is a lightlike straight line. Then they give the explicit parametrizations of these surfaces at the end of the paper. The paper is well written and the sections follow clearly.
