This paper deals with sufficient conditions for existence of positive radial solutions to degenerate elliptic \(p\)-Laplacian systems on the exterior of a ball with nonlinear boundary conditions: \[ \begin{cases} -\Delta_{p_i} u _i =\lambda K_i(|x|) f_i(u_{i+1}) \mbox{ in } \Omega, \\ \kappa_i\frac{\partial u_i}{\partial n}+g_i (\lambda, u_1,u_2,\dots, u_n)u_i=0 \mbox { on } \partial \Omega, \\ u_i\to 0 \mbox { as } |x|\to\infty, i=1,2,\dots,n, \end{cases} \] where \(\Omega=\{x\in\mathbb{R}^N| |x|>r_0>0\}\), \(1<p_i<N\), \(\lambda>0\), \(\kappa\geq 0\). Under different conditions for \(f, K, g\), especially \(f\) could be singular at 0, by using the well-known Krasnoselskii fixed point theorem, the paper demonstrated the existence, multiplicity and nonexistence of positive radial solutions to the above systems. The behaviors of the solutions are related with behaviors of these functions, and other parameters, such as \(\lambda\), etc.
