The aim of this paper is to prove several conjectures proposed by \textit{Z.-W. Sun} [Finite Fields Appl. 56, 285--307 (2019; Zbl 1411.11030)]. Among other results, the author proves that, given any integers \(c, d\) with \(d\neq 0\) and \(c^2-4d\neq 0\), there are infinitely many odd primes \(p\) such that \[ \det\bigg[\bigg(\frac{i^2+cij+dj^2}{p}\bigg)\bigg]_{0\leq i,j\leq p-1}=0, \] where \((\frac{\cdot}{p})\) denotes the Legendre symbol. The author will keep exploring the mentioned conjectures namely in [\textit{H.-L. Wu}, C. R., Math., Acad. Sci. Paris 359, No. 6, 651--655 (2021; Zbl 1496.11045)].
