Denote by \(N_d^{\mathrm{planar},\mathbb{P}^3}(A^\delta_1\mathcal{X},r,s)\) the number of planar curves in \(\mathbb{P}^3\) (i.e. curves lying in a plane) of degree \(d\), having \(\delta\) nodes and an additional singular point of codimension \(c_{\mathcal{X}}\), that pass through \(s\) fixed points and intersect \(r\) fixed lines. Here the fixed points and lines are in generic position, and \(r,s\) are chosen to ensure that \(N_d\) is finite and non-zero. The authors compute these numbers for the case \(\delta+c_{\mathcal{X}}\le 4\). Here the additional point for \(c_{\mathcal{X}}=2\) is the cusp \(A_2\), for \(c_{\mathcal{X}}=3\) it is the tacnode \(A_3\), for \(c_{\mathcal{X}}=4\) it is of type \(A_4\) or \(D_4\).
