The boundedness of commutators of sublinear operators on Herz Triebel-Lizorkin spaces (Q2243063)

In this paper, the authors first characterize the Herz Triebel-Lizorkin spaces by the property of the Peetre maximal operator and the boundedness of the Hardy-Littlewood maximal operator on vector valued function spaces. As an application, the authors also show that the commutators of sublinear operators with Lipschitz functions are bounded from Herz spaces to Herz Triebel-Lizorkin spaces, which is the generalization of the result of \textit{M. Paluszyński} [Indiana Univ. Math. J. 44, No. 1, 1--17 (1995; Zbl 0838.42006)].
