Let \(E_1\), \(E_2\) be two complex vector bundles over \(X\). If there exists an isomorphism \(\alpha:kE_1\to kE_2\), we say \((E_1,E_2,\alpha)\) is a \({\mathbb{Z}}/K{\mathbb{Z}} \) vector bundle. If \(\dim X\) is odd, the author construct the index \(Ind(E_1,E_2,\alpha)\in {\mathbb{Z}}/K{\mathbb{Z}} \) by analytic families index theory using a family signature operator. If we equip \(E_i\) with matrics and unitary connections \(\nabla^{E_i}\), and assume that \(\alpha\) is unitary, in this paper, the author proves the following index theorem: \[\mathrm{Ind}(E_1,E_2,\alpha)=k\left( \frac{1}{2}\eta(A^{E_1})-\frac{1}{2}\eta(A^{E_2})\right)- \int_X \mathrm{Td} (X)\wedge cs(k\nabla^{E_1}, \alpha^*k\nabla^{E_2}) \bmod kZ. \] Here \(\eta\) is the eta invariant for signature operator, Td is the Todd form and cs is the Chern-Simons form.
