This paper is devoted to the study of generalized linear Weingarten space-like hypersurfaces immersed in a generalized Robertson-Walker (GRW) spacetime which means that there exists a linear relation involving some of the corresponding higher-order mean curvatures. Recall that the GRW spacetime corresponds to the Lorentzian warped product \(\bar{M}^{n+1}=-I\times_\rho M^n\), where \(\rho\colon I \to \mathbb{R}\) is a positive smooth function, in the case where the Riemannian fiber \(M^n\) has constant sectional curvature, \(\bar{M}^{n+1}\) being the product manifold \(I\times M^n\) endowed with the metric \(\langle\cdot,\cdot\rangle = -\pi_I^*(dt)^2+(\rho\circ\pi_I)^2\pi_M^*\left(\langle\cdot,\cdot\rangle_M\right)\). In Section 2 the authors introduce some basic notions and notations. In Section 3 they present their first main results concerning height estimate of compact generalized linear Weingarten space-like hypersurfaces immersed in a GRW spacetime and having boundary contained into a slice of the ambient spacetime. In Section 4 they provide non-existence results, in the form of half-space theorems, for complete generalized linear Weingarten space-like hypersurface immersed in a GRW spacetime.
