In this paper, the authors study the boundedness on Morrey type spaces of the bilinear operator \(\mathcal{B}_\alpha\) and commutator \([b_1,b_2,\mathcal{I}_\alpha]\), where \[\mathcal{B}_\alpha(f,g)(x):=\int_{\mathbb{R}^n}\frac{f(x-y)g(x+y)}{|y|^{n-\alpha}}\,dy,\] \(b_1\), \(b_2\) are BMO functions and \(\mathcal{I}_\alpha\) is the usual fractional integral operator. For a doubling function \(\varphi\) on \([0,\infty)\), \(\eta\in [0,n)\) and \(p\in [1,n/\eta)\), the generalized fractional Morrey space \(\mathcal{L}^{p,\eta,\varphi}(\mathbb{R}^n)\) is defined as all locally integrable functions \(f\) that satisfies \[\|f\|_{\mathcal{L}^{p,\eta,\varphi}(\mathbb{R}^n)}:=\sup_{x\in\mathbb{R}^n\, ,r>0}\varphi(r)^{\frac \eta n-\frac 1p}\left(\int_{B(x,r)}|f(y)|^p\,dy\right)^{1/p}. \] The main results give the boundedness of the operators \(\mathcal{B}_\alpha\) and commutator \([b_1,b_2,\mathcal{I}_\alpha]\) on generalized fractional Morrey spaces. More precisely, for \(0<\alpha<\eta<n\), \(1<p_1\), \(p_2<\infty\), \(\frac{1}{p_1}+\frac{1}{p_2}<1\), \(1<q<\infty\) and \(\frac 1q=\frac{1}{p_1}+\frac{1}{p_2}-\frac {\alpha}{n}\), \(\varphi\) satisfying suitable growth condition, it was proved that \[\|\mathcal{B}_\alpha(f,g)\|_{\mathcal{L}^{q,\eta-\alpha,\varphi}(\mathbb{R}^n)}\le C\|f\|_{\mathcal{L}^{p_1,\eta,\varphi}(\mathbb{R}^n)}\|g\|_{\mathcal{L}^{p_2,\eta,\varphi}(\mathbb{R}^n)}.\] Similarly, for the commutator, it was proved that, for \(n\ge 4\), \(0<\alpha<\min\{\eta_1,\eta_2\}<\eta<n\), \(\eta=\eta_1+\eta_2\), \(1<p_1\), \(p_2<\infty\), \(\frac{1}{p_1}+\frac{1}{p_2}<1\), \(1<q<\frac{n}{\eta-\alpha}\) and \(\frac 1q=\frac{1}{p_1}+\frac{1}{p_2}-\frac {\alpha} {n}\), \(\varphi\) satisfying suitable growth condition and the doubling condition, it holds that \[\|[b_1,b_2,\mathcal{I}_\alpha](f,g)\|_{\mathcal{L}^{q,\eta-\alpha,\varphi}(\mathbb{R}^n)}\le C\|b_1\|_{\text{BMO}(\mathbb{R}^n)}\|b_2\|_{\text{BMO}(\mathbb{R}^n)}\|f\|_{\mathcal{L}^{p_1,\eta_1, \varphi}(\mathbb{R}^n)}\|g\|_{\mathcal{L}^{p_2,\eta_2,\varphi}(\mathbb{R}^n)}.\] A similar result on generalized Morrey spaces is also given.
