The authors consider a Finsler space \((\mathbb{R}^n,F)\) over a domain \(\mathbb{R}^n\) of the Euclidean space \(E^n\) endowed with an \((\alpha,\beta)\)-Finsler metric \(F=\Phi\left( \frac\beta\alpha \right)\), where \(\Phi\) is a polynomial, \(\alpha\) is a Riemann metric, and \(\beta\) is a \(1\)-form with \(\| \beta\| _\alpha<b\), \(db=0\) or \(b=\text{const}\). The authors prove that \(F\) is projectively flat with weakly isotropic flag curvature \(K\) iff (i) \(\alpha\) is projectively flat, and \(\beta\) is autoparallel with respect to \(\alpha\) or (ii) \(F\) is locally isometric to a projectively flat Finsler metric \(\bar F\) given by \textit{X. Mo, Zh. Shen and Ch. Yang} [Sci China 49, 703--714 (2006; Zbl 1115.53048)]. Also they prove that if the above \(F\) is projectively flat, and it has weakly isotropic flag curvature, then \((\mathbb{R}^n,F)\) is a Minkowski space.
