    Under consideration is the Gel'fand-Calderón problem of determining a real-valued potential \(v\) in the equation \[ -\Delta u + vu =E u,\;x\in \Omega\subset {\mathbb R}^{2}, \quad u|_{\partial \Omega}=f,\eqno{(1)} \] with \(E\) a fixed energy. It is assumed that the Dirichlet-to-Neumann map \(\Phi(f)\) is given which takes a function \(f\in W_{2}^{1/2}(\partial \Omega)\) into a function \(\partial_{n} u|_{\partial \Omega}\in W_{2}^{-1/2}(\partial \Omega) \), where \(u\) is a solution to the problem (1) and \(n\) is the exterior unit normal to \(\partial \Omega\). The main result is a stability estimate for solutions to this problem. Let \(v_{i}\) \((i=1,2)\) be two potentials corresponding to two Dirichlet-to-Neumann maps \(\Phi_{i}\) such that \(\|v_{i}\|_{W_{1}^{m}(\Omega)}\leq N\) \((m>2)\). Under some additional natural conditions, it is proven that there exists a constant \(C>0\) such that, for every \(\tau\in (0,1)\), we have \[ \|v_{1}-v_{2}\|_{L_{\infty}(\Omega)}\leq C(E\tau^{\delta}+(\sqrt{E}+(1-\tau)\log(3+\delta^{-1}))^{2-m}) \] for sufficiently small \(\delta=\|\Phi_{1}-\Phi_{2}\|_{L_{\infty}(\partial D)\to L_{\infty}(\partial D)}\).
