Consider the boundary value problem \(L\): \[ -(p(x)y')'+q(x)y=\lambda y,\; x\in (0,\pi), \] \[ y(0)\cos\alpha+(py')(0)\sin\alpha=a(\lambda)y(\pi)+b(\lambda)(py')(\pi)=0, \] \[ y(\d+0)=\beta y(d-0),\; (py')(d+0)=\beta^{-1}y(d-0), \] where \(a(\lambda)\) and \(b(\lambda)\) are polynomials. The inverse problem of recovering \(L\) from the given Weyl function is studied. The uniqueness theorem for this inverse problem is presented.
