This paper studies biquantization in the case of a general Lie algebra. Let us recall that \textit{M. Kontsevich} [Lett. Math. Phys. 66, No. 3, 157--216 (2003; Zbl 1058.53065)] provided a new approach to the Duflo isomorphism. The techniques of Kontsevich were later extended to a coisotropic manifolds by \textit{A. S. Cattaneo} and \textit{G. Felder} [Adv. Math. 208, No. 2, 521--548 (2007; Zbl 1106.53060); Lett. Math. Phys. 69, 157--175 (2004; Zbl 1065.53063)]. In this work, the author first recalls the Duflo conjecture and the relevant results concerning biquantization. The reduction algebra is then described in details. The author etablishes an isomorphism between the reduction algebra and the corresponding coisotropic submanifold. Finally, further interesting results relating various deformations are proved.
