The paper is concerned with the analysis of a modified Leslie-Gower predator-prey model with Crowley-Martin functional responses. First, stability properties of the trivial and semi-trivial solutions are studied and conditions for the nonexistence of positive solutions are derived. Then the multiplicity of positive solutions for the system is analyzed and conditions for the uniqueness of the positive solution are obtained. In the final part of the paper, numerical results are provided.
