    Let \(s=\sigma +\mathrm{i}t\) be in a compact set \(K\) contained in the strip \( 1/2<\sigma <1\), and let \(\zeta \left( s,w\right) \) be the Hurwitz zeta-function with parameter \(w\in (0,1]\). In the paper under review the authors state that if \(w=a/b\) is a rational number with \(0<a<b\) and \(\gcd \left( a,b\right) =1\), and real numbers \(\alpha ,\beta \) which are linearly independent over \(\mathbb{Q}\), then \[ \liminf_{T\to\infty}\frac{1}{T}\operatorname{meas}\left\{\tau\in[0,T]:\max_{s\in K}\left| \zeta \left( s+\mathrm{ i}\alpha \tau ,\frac{a}{b}\right) -\zeta \left( s+\mathrm{i}\beta \tau , \frac{a}{b}\right) \right| <\varepsilon \right\} >0 \] holds for any fixed \(\varepsilon >0\).
