Estimates of moments of deviations of the Riesz averages and applications to Jackson type inequalities (Q2257709)

The author develops the technique given in [\textit{V. V. Zhuk} and \textit{S. Yu. Pimenov}, ``On norms of the Akhiezer-Krein-Favard sums'' (in Russian), Vestn. St. Peterb. Gos. Univ. Ser. 10, No. 4, 37--47 (2006)] in order to obtain explicit and asymptotically sharp estimates for the moments of the norms of deviations of the Riesz averages (see Section 4). Also, the author compares, from a numerical viewpoint, the estimates for deviations of Riesz averages obtained by other methods in [\textit{O. L. Vinogradov} and \textit{V. V. Zhuk}, J. Math. Sci., New York 196, No. 4, 498--514 (2014); translation from Probl. Mat. Anal. 74, 51--56 (2013; Zbl 1302.41017); J. Math. Sci., New York 198, No. 6, 684--700 (2014); translation from Probl. Mat. Anal. 75, 27--40 (2014; Zbl 1301.41012)] with his estimates derived by comparing the inequality (1.1) of this paper with Theorem 4.1. The author shows a table that the constants given here are less than those obtained in the beforementioned papers by himself and Zhuk.
