s-limit shadowing is \(\mathcal C^0\)-dense (Q2258472)

Let \(M\) be a compact topological manifold (with or without boundary). Let \(C(M)\) be the space of continuous maps from \(M\) to itself equipped with the supremum metric. Let \(S(M)\) be the set of continuous surjections from \(M\) to itself with the same metric. The main results of this article are: Theorem 1. The set of maps with the shadowing property is residual in \(C(M)\) and \(S(M)\). Theorem 2. The set of maps with the s-limit shadowing property is dense in \(C(M)\) and \(S(M)\).
