The authors consider the following second-order Hamiltonian system \[ \ddot{z}(t)-K_{z}(t,z(t))+V_{z}(t,z(t))=h(t)\eqno(1) \] where \(K,V\in C^1(\mathbb R\times\mathbb R^n,\mathbb R)\) are \(T-\)periodic in \(t\), and \(h:\mathbb R\longrightarrow\mathbb R^n\) is a continuous and bounded function. Assuming that \(K\) is subquadratic in \(z\) and \(V\) satisfies some superquadratic conditions due to \textit{G. Fei} [Electron. J. Differ. Equ. 2002, Paper No. 08, 12 p. (2002; Zbl 0999.37039)], the authors prove the existence of nontrivial homoclinic orbits for the system (1).
