Fuzzy algebraic hyperstructures. An introduction. (Q2263164)

The book is written as an introduction to fuzzy algebraic hyperstructures. Its authors are two specialists in the field. They put together in the book many results of their past and actual research, with a survey of the results about such algebraic structures obtained by many researchers in the last decade. They consider first the results on fuzzy algebraic hyperstructures: fuzzy polygroups, fuzzy hypergroups, fuzzy hyperrings. Then the fuzzy \(H_v\)-substructures of \(H_v\)-structures are studied, mainly in the case of hypergroups and hyperrings. In the last chapter, the connections between hypergroups and fuzzy sets are presented; some of these connections lead to new constructions of join spaces and L-fuzzy join spaces. Fuzzy grade of hypergroupoids is also given as well as intuitionistic grade of them, with nice examples. The book could be useful to researchers and students. We note also the rich bibliography, which contains titles in algebraic hyperstructures and fuzzy algebraic hyperstructures.
