Coalgebraic models for combinatorial model categories (Q2263814)

The authors show that the category of algebraically cofibrant objects in a combinatorial and simplicial model category has a model structure that is left-induced from the one of the model category (i.e. cofibrations and weak equivalences are defined as the maps such that the underlying maps are cofibrations and weak equivalences respectively). They deduce, using a result from Dugger, that any presentable model category is Quillen equivalent via a single Quillen equivalence to one in which all objects are cofibrants.
