The problem of resolution of singularities of codimension-one foliations aims to reduce such singularities to so-called simple singularities after finitely many blow-ups. This problem has been solved in dimension two by \textit{A. Seidenberg} [Am. J. Math. 90, 248--269 (1968; Zbl 0159.33303)] and in dimension three by \textit{F. Cano} [Ann. Math. (2) 160, No. 3, 907--1011 (2005; Zbl 1088.32019)]. The solution in dimension three was achieved in two steps, first reducing all singularities to so-called pre-simple singularities and then to simple singularities. In this paper, the author carries out the second step in arbitrary dimensions. For this purpose, the author first eliminates the so-called type C singularities. This is done by repeated blow-ups with the help of an invariant \(\iota\). Then the author eliminates all the resonances associated with the residue vectors of type A and B singularities. This is done by means of a combinatorial game.
