A class of hypo-elastic non-elastic materials and their thermodynamics (Q2265833)

The authors study thermo-hypo-elastic equations and demonstrate that this equations are consistent with the first and second laws of thermodynamics. They obtain this equations by using the standard thermodynamical technique. The hypo-elastic equations which result in isothermal limit \((\dot T=0)\) admit no elastical solutions. At last they discuss their results in the context of some work of other authors.
