Smoothness of generalized solutions of the first boundary-value problem for an elliptic difference-differential equation (Q2266183)

The author considers the generalized solutions of an elliptic difference- differential equation of second order with constant coefficients and with right-hand side in \(L_ 2(\Omega)\) in a domain \(\Omega\) with boundary \(\partial \Omega \in C^ 2\). In an earlier work the author demonstrated that the smoothness of the generalized solutions can be violated in the interior of \(\Omega\) and is preserved only in certain subdomains \(\Omega_ r\). In this paper the smoothness of the generalized solutions is investigated near the boundary \(\partial \Omega_ r\).
