The author considers \(Op^*\)-algebras of unbounded operators in a Hilbert space and their representations. The sets of bounded intertwinning operators for this representations are studied. In this way strong and weak commutants of an \(Op^*\)-algebra are investigated. The vector states on \(Op^*\)-algebras are compared with the ones on associated Von Neumann algebras. The paper is connected with the problem of a description of quantum systems with vacuum superselection rules.
