Let \(\phi\) be a convex function on \([0,+\infty)\) such that \(y^{-1}\phi (y)\to 0\) as \(y\to 0+\) and \(y^{-1}\phi (y)\uparrow \infty\), (y ln y)\({}^{-1}\phi (y)\to 0\) as \(y\to \infty\). There is constructed a function f in the Orlicz class \(L_{\phi}[-\pi,\pi]\) with \(\tilde f\in L_{\phi}[-\pi,\pi]\) such that the Fourier series of f and its conjugate series are not convergent in \(L_{\phi}[-\pi,\pi]\) for every rearrangement of indices.
