From the authors' abstract: Complete space-like hypersurface with constant normal scalar curvature in a locally symmetric Lorentz space are discussed. Several classifcation theorems are obtained using the operator \(L_{1}\) introduced by \textit{S. Y. Cheng} and \textit{S. T. Yau} [Math. Ann. 225, 195--204 (1977; Zbl 0349.53041).
