Noncommutative versions of integrable equations possess the existence of an infinite number of conserved quantities and exact multi-soliton solutions. Many of these equations can be derived from the noncommutative version of the anti-self-dual Yang-Mills equations by suitable reductions. The authors discuss how to generate the noncommutative integrable equations and their integrable couplings. By using of the noncommutative zero curvature equations, the hierarchy of the noncommutative versions of the TC equations is derived, where the abbreviation ``TC equation'' has not been explained. The new hierarchy of noncommutative equations is integrable in spite of the presence of the infinite number of time derivatives in the nonlinear terms. Furthermore, it is shown that this hierarchy can be derived from the hierarchy of anti-self-dual Yang-Mills equations. An integrable coupling is constructed by using of the block matrix Lie algebra.
