The authors establish the Shaked\,-\,Shanthikumar multivariate dispersive ordering [\textit{M. Shaked} and \textit{J.G. Shanthikumar}, Probab. Eng. Inf. Sci. 12, No. 1, 1--23 (1998; Zbl 0984.60023)] for multivariate marginals of generalized order statistics, extending some known results in the literature. Some applications are mentioned.
