A known question related with Radamanov's conjecture asks, if smoothly bounded strictly pseudoconvex domains without logarithmic term in its Bergman or Szegő kernel in an \(n\)-dimensional complex manifold are holomorphically equivalent to the unit ball of \({\mathbb C}^n\). The authors determine precise formulas for terms in the series of the Szegő and Bergman kernels of the unit circle bundles of homogeneous negative line bundles over compact Hermitian symmetric spaces in terms of suitable natural local coordinates. On this basis, they answer the above question in the negative: in their setting the logarithmic term vanishes automatically but the circle bundles for Grassmanian manifolds of higher ranks are not even locally spherical.
