Using the free fermion representation for the Luttinger model with short-range interaction, the authors extend in the present paper the concept of the Fermi liquid Landau to the system of 1D interacting fermions. The quantum numbers of Landau quasi-particles are different in comparison with original electrons due to the strong polarization of the ground state. At the same time, chirality of the quasi-particle in the limit rises steeply, so that their product is equal to free electron one. These quasi-particles describe all excited states of the Luttinger liquid and are an analogy with the normal excitations of Bogolubov-Valantin in the theory of 3D superconductivity.
