The paper considers vector optimization problems in topological real linear spaces \(X, Y, Z\): \[ \min_C f(x) \text{ subject to } g(x) \in -K, \] where \(C\subset Y\) and \(K\subset\)Z are closed convex cones, \(X_0 \subset X\) and \(f:X_0 \rightarrow Y, g:X_0 \rightarrow Z\). Optimality is defined as weak efficiency. After discussing extensions of linear spaces with infinite elements and concepts of quasi- and pseudoconvexity in topological spaces, the authors prove several optimality conditions. The necessary conditions are formulated in terms of Dini directional derivatives and hold for quasiconvex problems. The authors then show that for pseudoconvex problems some of the optimality conditions are sufficient. At the end, the authors investigate the special cases of \(K=\mathbb{R}_+^p\) and the scalar problem.
