In this paper, the authors investigate numerical solutions of a class of weakly singular Volterra integral equations of the form \[ {u}(t) =\int^{t}_{0}\frac {s^{\mu-1}}{t^{\mu}} u(s)\, ds + g(t), \quad t \in (0,T],\tag{*} \] which has an infinite set of solutions, where \(\mu > 0\) and g is a given function. Among the set of solutions of (*), one particular solution is smooth and all others are singular at the origin. A graded mesh method is employed to improve the rate of convergence. Some numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of their scheme over earlier methods.
