The goal of this article is to study the category \(\mathrm{Trep}(\mathfrak{g})\) of tensor representations for \(\mathfrak{g}=\mathfrak{q}(\infty) \), the direct limit of the queer Lie superalgebra. Similar categories for other Lie (super)algebras have also been investigated before: the cases \(\mathfrak{gl}(\infty), \mathfrak{o}(\infty), \mathfrak{sp}(\infty)\) have been studied in [\textit{E. Dan-Cohen} et al., Adv. Math. 289, 250--278 (2016; Zbl 1395.17045)] and in [\textit{S. V. Sam} and \textit{A. Snowden}, Forum Math. Sigma 3, Paper No. e11, 108 p. (2015; Zbl 1319.05146)]. In [\textit{V. Serganova}, Springer INdAM Ser. 7, 181--201 (2014; Zbl 1344.17017)] the superalgebras \(\mathfrak{gl}(\infty| \infty), \mathfrak{osp}(\infty| \infty)\) are considered, while the other strange Lie superalgebra \(\mathfrak{p}(\infty) \) is also studied in [\textit{V. Serganova}, in: Proceedings of the International Congress of Mathematicians (ICM 2014), Seoul, Korea, August 13--21, 2014. Vol. I: Plenary lectures and ceremonies. Seoul: KM Kyung Moon Sa. 603--632 (2014; Zbl 1373.17023)]. The authors introduce the symmetric monoidal category \(\mathrm{Trep}(\mathfrak{g})\) in two different ways and show that these two definitions are equivalent. On the one hand \(\mathrm{Trep}(\mathfrak{g})\) is the category of integrable \(\mathfrak{g} \)-modules of finite length satisfying the so-called large annihilator condition. On the other hand, it can also be seen as a specific subcategory of category \(\mathcal{O}\). This last approach allows to obtain all the simple modules. The authors show that tensor products of the natural and conatural module are injective and they classify the indecomposable injectives. The socle filtrations of the indecomposable injectives are determined and formulas for the tensor product of indecomposable injectives are given using shifted Littlewood-Richardson coefficients. Furthermore the extensions between simple modules are calculated and the block decomposition of \(\mathrm{Trep}(\mathfrak{g})\) is given. Finally they obtain that \(\mathrm{Trep}(\mathfrak{g})\) is Koszul self-dual.
