The paper is focused on the study of the asymptotic behavior of the following perturbed nonautonomous beam equation with nonlinear nonlocal damping: \[ u_{tt} + \Delta^{2}u-k\phi(\|\nabla u\|^{2})\Delta u + \sigma(\|\nabla u\|^{2})g(u_{t}) + f(u) = h,\ (x,t)\in \Omega \times(\tau,\infty) \tag{1} \] with the boundary condition \[ u(x,t)=\Delta u(x,t)=0,\ \ (x,t)\in \partial \Omega \times(\tau,\infty), \tag{2} \] and the initial condition \[ u(x,\tau)=u_0(x),\ \ u_{t}(x,\tau)=u_1(x),\ \ x\in \Omega. \tag{3} \] The main result of paper (Theorem 2.2) contains some sufficient conditions for the existence of a compact global pullback attractor $\{\mathcal A_{k}(t)\}_{t\in \mathbb R}$ of the processes $U_{k}(t,\tau)$ generated by problem (1)--(3). It is shown that this attractor is upper semi-continuous with respect to parameter $k\in [0,1]$. Further, the authors give conditions of continuity (Theorem 2.4) and Hölder continuity (Theorem 2.5) of the pullback attractor $\{\mathcal A_{k}(t)\}_{t\in \mathbb R}$ and, under some assumptions, they prove that the pullback attractor $\{\mathcal A_{k}(t)\}_{t\in \mathbb R}$ is finite-dimensional (Theorem 2.6).
