The scheme for getting high-order numerical solutions of time-dependent differential equations based on quasi-interpolation is constructed. The scheme uses an iterated technique instead of the direct quasi-interpolation technique for approximating spatial derivatives. The paper is organized as follows. Section 1 is an introduction. An iterated derivative approximation technique based on quasi-interpolation for approximating high-order derivatives is given in Section 2. Section 3 gives a thorough discussion on the authors' scheme including both local and global approximation errors. In Section 4, numerical results for solving some benchmark equations using the authors' scheme and classical scheme are provided and their comparative analysis are stated. Finally, some conclusions and discussions are given in Section 5.
