This paper concerns Harnack estimates for nonlinear parabolic equation defined on an \(n\)-dimensional complete Riemannian manifold \((\mathcal{M}^n, g)\) (without boundary) endowed with a weighted measure \(e^{-\phi}dv\) so that \(\phi\in C^2(M)\) and \(dv\) is the volume element of \(g\). The associated weighted Laplacian \(\Delta \phi\) is a symmetric diffusion operator given by \(\Delta - \nabla_{\nabla\phi}\). The authors prove Li-Yau type, Souplet-Zhang type and Hamilton type gradient estimates for positive solutions of a nonlinear parabolic equation \[(\Delta\phi- \partial_t)u = qu + au(\ln u)^{\alpha} \] in \(\mathcal{M}^n \times (-\infty, +\infty)\) with \(a,\alpha \in \mathbb{R}\). The function \(q\) is taken in \(C^{2,1} (\mathcal{M}^n \times (-\infty, +\infty)).\)
