Recall that under suitable integrability conditions, a Lie algebroid \(A\rightarrow M\) as a generalization of Lie algebras can be canonically integrated to a Lie groupoid \(\mathcal{G}\left( A\right) \) over the base manifold \(M\) with simply connected Hausdorff source and target fibers. However, \(\mathcal{G}\left( A\right) \) may not be Hausdorff or, equivalently, the submanifold of units of the groupoid may not be closed. This paper presents some results about different ``degrees'' of Hausdorffness of \(\mathcal{G}\left( A\right) \). For example, it is shown that the submanifold of units of \(\mathcal{G}\left( A\right) \) is closed in the union \(\mathcal{Z}^{0}\) of the connected components of the centers \(\mathcal{Z}_{x}\) of all isotropy groups \(G_{x}\) with \(x\in M\) if and only if the union of monodromy lattices is closed in the union \(z\) of centers \(z_{x}\) of the Lie algebra of \(G_{x}\) with \(x\in M\). As an application, it is shown that the canonical symplectic integration of a Poisson structure, on a real surface \(M\), or on a real \(4\)-manifold underlying a generalized complex structure of even type, is Hausdorff.
